You can see the Accu-Fence on its rails and the switch. The motor isn't in the photo, so get the plate, which should read 1-1/2 HP single-phase, and ask whether the side table comes along.
Powermatic 64A Tablesaw
Powermatic · Table saw · 1990s (64) and 2000s (64A)
Powermatic launched its Artisan line for home shops in 1988, built in Taiwan rather than McMinnville, and the contractor saws were its backbone. The Model 63 came first with a Vega fence. The Model 64 followed in the 1990s with Powermatic's own Accu-Fence as standard, and the WMH-era 64A by 2004. They're open-stand saws with the motor hung out the back, a 1-1/2 HP single-phase motor prewired for 115 V and a ground cast-iron table with cast-iron grate wings. You can plug one into a garage outlet, you get a proper T-square fence, and two people can move it. It isn't a 66. For an old Powermatic that runs on house power and fits a small shop, though, this is the one to look for, and the fence is what makes a good one.

Should come with it
Hard to find if missing
Check the listing photos against these lists, and ask the seller about anything you can’t see. A missing fence, guard or motor should come off the price.
The trunnions on an open-stand saw can be knocked out of alignment in a move, and the belt and motor mount wear. A missing fence or rail is the biggest thing to price in.
New to old iron? How to check a used woodworking machine covers runout, the table, bearings and the parts that go missing, and shipping a heavy machine covers freight, pickup and rigging it into the shop.
Buying guide
The 64A came with a 1-1/2 HP single-phase motor wired for 115 V, so a stock one runs on house power. Of the two listed, we'd go for the $800 one, with the Accu-Fence on its rails and the switch, set into a plywood side table. The $758 listing shows only the fence rail. Take off the wings and rails and two people can load the 258 lb saw into a pickup.
