Machine
A shaper is a heavier, slower cousin of a router table, spinning moulding cutters on a vertical spindle. Spindle size decides which cutters fit, so check which spindles and adapters come with it. Every shaper here has a reversing switch, so you can run cutters either way, and it matters which way the spindle turns before you feed a board. Never buy one you'd run without its fence and spindle guard. Walker-Turner's two-speed 6110 is a floor shaper, and Delta's 43-355 is a lighter 120 V machine for a home shop.
